Early Season Camping
For early-season camping in April, please contact us for availability and rates. The online reservation system will not be available until late April or early May, as water service may not yet be available.

Rates may increase during peak season (July & August).
Deposit Required: $225 + $5.25 booking fee for all reservations of 30+ consecutive days. The deposit will be applied upon check-in.
Changes & Cancellations: - Changes to monthly reservations must be made before May 1st. - If a reservation is reduced below 30 days after May 1st, the deposit is forfeited. - Management may waive this policy in extenuating circumstances.
We are not currently accepting new seasonal reservations, but a waitlist is available.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

| Less than 24 hours before arrival | Charged for entire stay (includes no-shows). |
| No-Shows | If a reservation is not claimed by 12:00 PM the day after arrival, it will be canceled with no refund. |
| 24 to 72 hours before arrival | Charged one night’s fee. |

Additional Booking Rules

| Long Weekend Stays | Minimum 3-night stay required (Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day). |
| Early Departures | No refunds for leaving early. |
| Campfire Cleanliness | Do not burn or leave garbage (including cigarette butts) in firepits. A $15 minimum cleanup fee will be charged to the credit card on file. |
| Alcohol Policy | Cardston is a dry town (no liquor stores), but guests may consume alcohol responsibly at their campsite. |
