Town Surplus Auctions

*Terms and Conditions (subject to change):

1. This is a silent auction.
2. All items are sold "as is." See details for each item below.
3. To bid on an item, fill out the provided form with your contact information, indicate the item you are bidding on, and specify your bid amount.
4. Participants may submit multiple bids for each item; however, only the highest bid submitted will be considered.
5. Some auction items have a reserve bid. The reserve bid is the minimum price the item must reach to be sold. The reserve bid amount will not be disclosed. Items that do not receive bids meeting or exceeding their reserve may not be sold. The reserve bids will not be made public and will remain confidential to facilitate a fair and competitive bidding process.
6. No information will be shared regarding the value of the items up for bid, the number of bids placed on each item, or the amounts bid on each item.
7. The item will be awarded to the highest bidder on the date the bidding closes. In the event of a tie, the item will be awarded to the bidder who placed their bid first.
8. Successful bidders will be notified after the auction closes. Payment for items must be made within 7 days of the auction close date, or the item will be forfeited to the next highest bidder.
9. The auction may be extended for unsold items.
