Pool Lifeguard/Instructor

Starting Date

                Mid May, 2024 or earlier if required

Duties

1. Instruct Red Cross Swim and Water Safety Programs;
2. Lifeguard;
3. Supervise subordinate staff as assigned;
4. Routine daily cleaning of the facility;
5. Attend in-service training programs as provided;
6. Enforce swimming pool policies;
7. Other duties as required from time to time.

Qualifications

1. Hold a current National Lifeguard Service Certificate;
2. Hold a WSI and recommended to hold a Lifesaving Instructor Certificate;
3. Hold current standard First Aid and CPR Certificates;
4. Be 15 years of age or older
5. Possess good public relation and communication skills;
6. Enjoy working with children.

Hours

All lifeguard positions require various shift work and some split shifts.
