2024 Community Donation Request Deadline Extension

The deadline for the Community Donation Requests has been extended until December 31st, 2023.

As per the changes to the Town of Cardston Donation Policy made by Council in February of this year, anyone seeking funding for any special project or event in the Town of Cardston in 2024 in excess of $500.00 must, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, fill out an Application for Donation and submit it to the Town’s Administration for consideration in the budget for the following calendar year based on Council priorities.

Donation request extended deadline: December 31st, 2023.

 

 

This is the first year Council has placed a deadline on donation applications. Very few were received this year by the annual deadline of November 1st, so Council has extended the deadline considering this is the first intake since the new policy was adopted.
