Notice Of Meeting Through Electronic Communications

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 199 of the Municipal Government Act that Town Council will be conducting all Regular Council meetings and Council Committee Meetings held during the COVID-19 public health state of emergency by means of electronic communication.

These meetings will still be open to the public, and will still be conducted in Council Chambers, but the Mayor and Councillors will be joining the meeting by phone or video conference call.

The viewing gallery is still open to the public, but the provincial restriction on mass gatherings does not allow more than 15 people to meet in one place at one time. As with all other Council Meetings, the meeting will be broadcast on Channel 32, and uploaded to Youtube.
