Tax notices will be sent out on May 19th to the addresses registered to the property with Land Titles, however, Land Titles has been months behind on updating title information. If you have recently purchased a home, the Town may not have your mailing information in time to send your Property Tax and Assessment Notice to the proper address.
If you have recently purchased a home and took possession during or after March 1st, 2023, then you need to contact the Town office at 403-653-3366 and inform us so we can issue your notice to the proper address.
