Notice is hereby given that under the provision of the Municipal Government Act, the Town of Cardston will offer for sale, by public auction, in the Town Administration Building at 67 – 3rd Avenue West, Cardston, Alberta, on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 1:00pm., the following lands:

These parcels will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid of $38,720.00, $185,080.00, and $18,860.00 respectively and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing Certificate of Title.
The Town of Cardston may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
Terms: Payment can be made by cash, certified cheque, bank draft, or money orders. GST will apply on land sold at the public auction.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
