2021 Dog and Cat Tags

Dog and Cat licenses (tags) for 2021 are now available at the Town office. Dog tags are $25.00 if paid prior to February 1st, and cat tags are $15.00. On February 1st, the cost of tags increases to $35.00 and $25.00 respectively. Under the Town of Cardston animal bylaw (Bylaw #1679), every person who owns, keeps, or harbours a dog or cat which is six (6) months of age or older must buy a license for that animal every year.
