Approvals & Permits

All persons who carry on, or are engaged in any business within the limits of the Town of Cardston, shall be licensed as specified in By-Law #1610.

To apply , fill out the attached and fax it to: Town of Cardston (403) 653-2499 or present the completed application at the Town Office located at 67 3rd Avenue West, during normal business hours.

Some businesses require approval from the Development Department prior to issuance of a Business License, or if you are making any changes to the building to accommodate the business. For information regarding development approvals and permits, please see the Development Permit Application Form.
